Over the last couple of years, we have helped a church-planting church in Liberia to start two new radio stations. A few months ago, two young men came to the church where one of the radio stations is located. They were regular listeners to the station and they had an unusual request. “Could you come start a church in our village?”

As our partners listened to the two men, they realized that God had opened a door. The following weekend, they sent a team of ten people to the community. The team shared the Gospel, and the people responded. God had already been at work in that village, preparing their hearts as they listened to the radio station.

That day, the entire town of over one hundred people—chiefs, elders, women, youth, and many children—all chose to receive Jesus!

This community has been given hope and is being transformed through new life in Jesus because of the faithful prayers and generous gifts to Reach Beyond from people like you!

As God guides us and opens new doors, we want to be ready to help even more local believers and churches who are passionate about reaching the unreached in their communities.

Most of our media partners start with little to no experience in radio. It’s tough to run a Christian radio station in parts of the world where there are few believers or churches. Our training teams help them learn to produce high-quality programs that engage and address the needs of their community. We also help them become more self-sustainable by teaching them basic business principles and mentoring them to be more effective leaders. Our engineers not only help set up new radio stations but also provide a full array of technical support to existing stations. We offer solutions like lightning surge protection and solar power systems that help keep them on the air.

Our goal is to help media ministries become more resilient and grow their audiences so they can multiply their impact and point even more people to Jesus.

For more than 93 years, Reach Beyond has been Heralding Christ Jesus’ Blessings. God has given us amazing tools like radio, digital media, and medical ministries to proclaim and demonstrate the Good News of Jesus. Wherever He leads, we want to be ready to follow.
